      PRODUCT OVERVIEW

      High-voltage shunt capacitors are mainly used in 10kV-35W industrial frequency power system for reactive power compensation, improving power factor and adjusting grid voltage. It fully maximizes the efficiency of the equipment and improves the quality of power supply.

      KLD-MK series high-voltage power capacitor is designed with advanced technologies. It chooses polypropylene film as full-film dielectric which is easy to Impregnate and uses PCB-free, safe and environmentally friendly insulating oil as impregnating agent. The case has high specifications of explosion resistance to ensure the safety of use. Special considerations for the power grid make the field strength, material and other aspects are designed to be more adaptive to the grid, better meeting the operating requirements of the power grid.

      ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY INSULATING OIL

      As an impregnant, the insulating oil has excellent dielectric properties and stable chemical properties, with no chlorine or chlorinated biphenyls, which can be completely biodegradable.

      No pollution, low freezing point, low viscosity, good low-temperature performance; good absorption to the gas generated by partial discharge, high ignition point, excellent resistance to over-voltage.

      SPECIAL GAS MIXED IN INSULATING OIL

      Trace water in the dielectric and impregnant is one of the important issues affecting the performance of capacitor partial discharge and this process can further remove the trace water in the oil medium

      Improve the partial discharge performance and electrical resistance to accelerate the movement of the impregnant and facilitate heat dissipation. Reduce the weight of the impregnant medium and thus reduce the overall weight, with better reliability and longer service life.

      RELIABLE WELDING PROCESS

      The case is made of stainless steel plate integrated as a whole and welded by automatic argon-shielded welding machine, with high-strength crimp-type casing welded on the cover.

      FOLDED EDGE STRUCTURE OF POLAR PLATE

      The electrode edge of the polar plate adopts the folded edge structure, and the edge is in the shape of circular arc, which improves the field strength distribution and the ratio of the maximum edge field strength to the average field strength is reduced from 6 times to about 2 times.
