      High Voltage Filter Reactor

      Filter reactors can effectively protect the capacitors and reduce overload caused by harmonics during compensation while suppressing the harmonic component that flows through the capacitor bank and limits the closing inrush current of the capacitor bank.

      PRODUCT OVERVIEW

      High-voltage filter reactor is the main supporting equipment for reactive power compensation and harmonic control, which is suitable for 6-35kV power system. It is composed of a LC circuit to suppress the waveform distortion of grid voltage with shunt capacitor, while suppressing the harmonic component that flows through the capacitor bank and limiting the closing inrush current of the capacitor bank.

      KLD-FD series high-voltage reactor adopts high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet for iron core, and the coil is made through epoxy casting, vacuum impregnation and cured in constant-temperature furnace, which has high dynamic and thermal stability. It also has the features of good insulation strength, high reliability, less magnetic leakage and low voltage of partial discharge, which is a stable and reliable dry-type product. Nowadyas, high-voltage filter reactor is widely used as an important reactive power compensation equipment in the construction of power grids in various industries, and its usage has also been increasing.

      HIGH-QUALITY IRON CORE STRUCTURE

      ●     Iron core adopts high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and it has being punched and sheared by high-speed machine. It’s characterized by small burrs, uniform and regular body, neat and attractive stacking to ensure that the high-voltage filter reactor is operated with low temperature increase and low noise;

      ●     Adopts H-class epoxy casting system to cast the coil under vacuum. The epoxy casting coil has excellent insulation property and mechanical strength, which can withstand heavy current and cold and hot impact without cracking. At the same time, the epoxy casting coil does not absorb water and has low voltage of partial discharge, so it can be safely operated under harsh environments; cylindrical structure, large heat dissipation area and high heat dissipation efficiency;

      ●     The upper and lower ends of the coil adopt epoxy pads and silicone rubber anti-vibration pads, scientific design and reasonable structure and has effective vibration damping measures, effectively reducing the vibration of the coil during operation to ensure low noise of the product.
